Business Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PayDrop mobile application,
website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). PayDrop Pty Ltd (“PayDrop”, “we”,
“our”, or “us”) operates a membership platform that allows subscribed users to access promotional
discounts and offers provided by independent partner merchants.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent
and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access subscription features. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
PayDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in
fraudulent activity, abuse discounts, or attempt to manipulate the Platform.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Platform require an active paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize PayDrop
and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Users may cancel
subscriptions through their account settings.
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non■refundable.
5. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third■party providers such as Stripe or other secure payment processors.
PayDrop does not store full payment card details and is not responsible for errors caused by payment
providers.
6. Merchant Offers and Discounts
PayDrop provides access to discounts and offers from participating merchants. Merchants are
independent businesses and are solely responsible for the goods or services they provide.
PayDrop does not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or the quality of goods and services offered by
merchants.
7. Promotions and Rewards
From time to time PayDrop may run promotional campaigns, reward programs, or incentive offers.
Participation may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at PayDrop’s discretion.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include:
• Fraudulently redeeming discounts
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• Sharing login credentials
• Attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Platform
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, software, content, and intellectual property associated with the Platform remain
the exclusive property of PayDrop or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without
written consent.
10. Service Availability
PayDrop does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Features, offers, or services may
change, be suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayDrop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or interactions between users and merchants.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that users may have under the Australian
Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
13. Termination
PayDrop may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activity.
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
14. Changes to Terms
PayDrop may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
